With over 20 years of industry experience Jonathan leverages his subject matter expertise to ensure excellence is at the core of all we do.
Starting his legal administration career as a Project Manager, he later advanced into positions such as Senior Vice President at one of the largest administrators in the country and President of Sales & Marketing for a long-standing boutique firm.
He now serves as our CEO bringing his wide variety of experience and unparalleled leadership to Xpand.
Tiffany Paul, COO
With over a decade spent at the largest consumer goods company in the world, coupled with the successful launch and scale of her own startup, Tiffany brings best in class systems, operations and data analysis to the Xpand team along with a vision to grow and scale Xpand into a leader in the legal administration industry.
Since 2020 Tiffany has been developing strategies for best in class execution in the mass tort space.
